INGRIDEINTS

  1. Refined flour – 140 grams
  2. Butter – 75 grams
  3. Castor Sugar – 75 grams
  4. Milk – 25 grams
  5. Almond – 20 grams

 

PROCEDURE

  1. Cream toghther butter and sugar.
  2. Now add flour just mix until combined. Do not over mix.
  3. Add Milk and mix.
  4. At last add chopped almonds
  5. Roll in butter paper, lock the sides and keep in fridge.
  6. Cut into 6-8 mm slices.
  7. Arrange in baking tray and bake.
  8. Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 15mins.
