INGRIDEINTS

  1. Almond powder – 62.5 grams
  2. Icing Sugar – 100 grams
  3. Egg whites – 50 grams
  4. Castor sugar – 20 grams
  5. Colour

 

PROCEDURE

  1. Beat egg whites and castor sugar toghther until soft peaks are formed
  2. Mix almond powder and icing sugar and put to egg whites mixture.
  3. Line the baking tray with silicon sheet.
  4. Put the mixture in piping bag and pipe it.
  5. Allow enough space b/w the cookies
  6. Keep aside for resting 15-20 mins.
  7. Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 15-20 mins.
