INGRIDEINTS

  1. Refined flour – 100 grams
  2. Sugar – 133 grams
  3. Egg whites – 267 grams
  4. Sugar – 133
  5. Salt – 1.5 grams
  6. Vanilla extract – 2 grams
  7. Almond extract – 1.25 grams

PROCEDURE

  1. Beat the egg whites till the form soft peaks, add salt in the beginning.
  2. Gradually add sugar (133 grams). Beat till soft moist peaks are formed.
  3. Add in flavouring in this step.
  4. Now add flour and remaining sugar to the mixture.
  5. Just mix until combined. Do not over mix.
  6. Do not grease the pan . Drop the cake mixture
  7. Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 20 mins.
