INGRIDEINTS

  1. Refined flour – 100 grams
  2. Butter – 80 grams
  3. Brown Sugar – 100 grams
  4. Salt – 1.5 grams
  5. Eggs – 60 grams
  6. Ripe pureed bananas – 125 grams
  7. Chopped pecans – 40 grams (optional)
  8. Baking powder – 3 grams
  9. Baking soda – .3 grams
  10. Milk – 30 grams

 

PROCEDURE

  1. Cream toghther butter, sugar and salt .
  2. Now add egg and vanilla extract to the mixture
  3. Add banana puree.
  4. Now add flour and baking powder mixture, alternating with milk just mix until combined. Do not over mix.
  5. At last add pecans .
  6. Line the baking pan with parchment paper. Drop the cake mixture
  7. Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 18 mins.
