INGRIDEINTS

  1. Refined flour – 90 grams
  2. Butter – 35 grams
  3. Castor Sugar – 57 grams
  4. Eggs – 35 grams
  5. Lemon zest of half of the lemon
  6. Baking powder – 2.5 grams
  7. Salt – pinch
  8. Chocolate compound – 25 grams

 

PROCEDURE

  1. Cream toghther butter and sugar.
  2. Now add egg to the mixture
  3. Now add flour, baking powder, salt and lemon zest just mix until combined. Do not over mix.
  4. Mix in chopped chocolate compound
  5. Wrap it up in butter paper and put in fridge
  6. Now bake for 10-15 mins at 170 degrees Celsius.
  7. Once desired colour is achived cool down and cut into enlogitude shape

Bake at 165 degrees Celsius for 10-15mins.
