INGRIDEINTS

  1. Refined flour – 125 grams
  2. Butter – 15 grams
  3. Milk powder – 10 grams
  4. Salt – 3 grams
  5. Yeast – 5 grams
  6. Egg – 1 whole
  7. Sugar – 15 grams
  8. Vanilla essence – 5 ml
  • For eggless version you can use 50 ml for milk instead of egg.

 

PROCEDURE

  1. Sieve refined flour, milk powder and salt toghther
  2. Make a well in center.
  3. Add egg, yeast, sugar and vanilla essence
  4. Knead the dough nicely
  5. Keep it for resting for 10 mins
  6. Knock back the dough add butter
  7. Knead the dough till butter gets incorporated
  8. Divide the dough in 55 grams size , and give broche shape to the dough.
  9. keep it for proving , till double the size
  10. Give egg wash and bake till golden colour comes
  11. Bake @170 c for 15-20 mins and give butter wash later.
