INGRIDEINTS

  1. Refined flour – 100 grams
  2. Salt – 3 grams
  3. Yeast – 3 grams
  4. Milk powder – 5 grams
  5. Water – 55 ml
  6. Oil – 5 ml

For wheat burger buns take

  • Wheat flour – 70 gram
  • Refined flour – 30 grams

Rest all ingridents remain same.

PROCEDURE

  1. Sieve refined flour, milk powder and salt toghther
  2. Dissolve oil and yeast in water
  3. Make a well in center pour water, oil and mix well
  4. Knead the dough nicely
  5. Divide the dough in 75 grams each
  6. Roll the dough in round shape, give water wash and sprinkle some sesame seeds, press it flat
  7. Keep it for proving till it doubles in size ( give water wash in between)
  8. Bake @175 c for 15 mins.
