- Refined flour – 100 grams
- Butter – 100 grams
- Icing Sugar – 90 grams
- Eggs – 30 grams
- Vanilla extract – 9 ml
- Corn flour – 20 grams
- Cream toghther butter and sugar.
- Now add egg and vanilla extract to the mixture
- Now add flour and corn flour just mix until combined. Do not over mix.
- Line the baking tray with parchment paper.
- Put the mixture in piping bag withstar nozzle and pipe it.
- Allow enough space b/w the cookies
- Bake at 140 degrees Celsius for 15-20 mins.
