INGRIDEINTS

  1. Refined flour – 100 grams
  2. Butter – 100 grams
  3. Icing Sugar – 90 grams
  4. Eggs – 30 grams
  5. Vanilla extract – 9 ml
  6. Corn flour – 20 grams

 

PROCEDURE

  1. Cream toghther butter and sugar.
  2. Now add egg and vanilla extract to the mixture
  3. Now add flour and corn flour just mix until combined. Do not over mix.
  4. Line the baking tray with parchment paper.
  5. Put the mixture in piping bag withstar nozzle and pipe it.
  6. Allow enough space b/w the cookies
  7. Bake at 140 degrees Celsius for 15-20 mins.
