INGRIDEINTS

  1. Refined flour – 200 grams
  2. Salt – 3 grams
  3. Yeast – 7 grams
  4. Water – 100 ml
  5. Sugar – 15 grams
  6. Oil – 10+5 ml

 

PROCEDURE

  1. Sieve refined flour and salt toghther
  2. Dissolve sugar and yeast in water
  3. Make a well in center pour water and mix well
  4. Knead the dough nicely
  5. Keep it for resting for 10 mins
  6. Knock back the dough add oil
  7. Knead the dough till oil gets incorporated
  8. Divide the dough in 50 grams size , and roll them
  9. On greased tray put all portions and keep it for proving , till double the size
  10. Bake @170 c for 15-20 mins nad give butter wash later.
