INGRIDEINTS

  1. Refined flour – 200 grams
  2. Salt – 2 grams
  3. Yeast – 5 grams
  4. Water – 120 ml
  5. Sugar – 2 grams
  6. Olive oil – 15 ml
  7. Organo – 3 grams
  8. Rock salt for sprikle

 

PROCEDURE

  1. Sieve refined flour and salt toghther
  2. Dissolve sugar and yeast in water
  3. Make a well in center pour water and mix well
  4. Knead the dough nicely
  5. Keep it for resting for 10 mins
  6. Knock back the dough add oil and herbs
  7. Knead the dough till oil gets incorporated
  8. Grease tray with olive oil and keep for proving
  9. On proving dock the dough with help of fingers
  10. Sprinkle herbs, salt and add toppings of choice
  11. Bake @170 c for 20 mins.
