INGRIDEINTS

  1. Refined flour – 150 grams
  2. Salt – 2 grams
  3. Yeast – 5 grams
  4. Water – 60 ml
  5. Sugar – 2 grams
  6. Oil – 15 ml
  7. Garlic – 5-6 cloves

 

PROCEDURE

  1. Sieve refined flour and salt toghther
  2. Dissolve sugar and yeast in water
  3. Make a well in center pour water and mix well
  4. Knead the dough nicely
  5. Keep it for resting for 10 mins
  6. Knock back the dough add oil and garlic
  7. Knead the dough till oil gets incorporated
  8. Roll it in elongated shape.
  9. keep it for proving , till double the size
  10. Bake @170 c for 15-20 mins nad give butter wash later.
