- Refined flour – 105 grams
- Butter – 100 grams
- Castor Sugar – 90 grams
- Eggs – 2 nos.
- Vanilla extract – 3 ml
- Baking powder – 5 grams
- Cream toghther butter and sugar.
- Now add egg and vanilla extract to the mixture
- Now add flour and baking powder just mix until combined. Do not over mix.
- Divide and put the dough in moulds
- Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 20 mins.
