INGRIDEINTS

  1. Refined flour – 105 grams
  2. Butter – 100 grams
  3. Castor Sugar – 90 grams
  4. Eggs – 2 nos.
  5. Vanilla extract – 3 ml
  6. Baking powder – 5 grams

 

PROCEDURE

  1. Cream toghther butter and sugar.
  2. Now add egg and vanilla extract to the mixture
  3. Now add flour and baking powder just mix until combined. Do not over mix.
  4. Divide and put the dough in moulds
  5. Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 20 mins.
