INGRIDEINTS

  1. Refined flour – 70 grams
  2. Butter – 55 grams
  3. Sugar – 45 grams
  4. Eggs – 15 grams
  5. Vanilla extract – 3 ml
  6. Baking powder – 3 grams
  7. Cornflakes – 20 grams

 

PROCEDURE

  1. Cream toghther butter and sugar.
  2. Now add egg and vanilla extract to the mixture
  3. Now add flour and baking powder just mix until combined. Do not over mix.
  4. Add half cornflakes and mix.
  5. Roll the dough in remaning cornflakes
  6. Line the baking tray with parchment paper. Drop the cookie dough on prepared stray
  7. Allow enough space b/w the cookies
  8. Bake at 140 degrees Celsius for 15-20 mins.
