INGRIDEINTS

  1. Refined flour – 100 grams
  2. Butter – 67 grams
  3. Brown sugar – 133 grams
  4. Salt – 1.25 grams
  5. Eggs – 33 grams
  6. Vanilla extract – 3 ml
  7. Milk – 30 ml
  8. Baking powder – 4 grams
  9. Cinnamon powder – 4 grams
  10. Rolled oats – 83 grams
  11. Raisins – 67 grams

 

PROCEDURE

  1. Cream toghther butter, sugar, cinnamon powder and salt .
  2. Now add egg, milk and vanilla extract to the mixture
  3. Now add flour and baking powder just mix until combined. Do not over mix.
  4. Add oats and nuts and mix.
  5. Line the baking tray with parchment paper. Drop the cookie dough on prepared stray
  6. Allow enough space b/w the cookies
  7. Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 10-12 mins.
