INGRIDEINTS

  1. Refined flour – 200 grams
  2. Salt – 5 grams
  3. Yeast – 7 grams
  4. Water – 130 ml
  5. Sugar – 3 grams
  6. Oil – 10 ml

 

PROCEDURE

  1. Sieve refined flour and salt toghther
  2. Dissolve sugar and yeast in water
  3. Make a well in center pour water and mix well
  4. Now add oil to dough and
  5. Knead the dough till oil gets incorporated
  6. Divide the dough in 100grams size , and make a roll in elonganeted shape nd press in center with fingers
  7. keep it for proving , till double the size. Sprinkle water in between
  8. Bake @170 c for 20 mins and give oil wash later.
