INGRIDEINTS

  1. Refined flour – 50 grams
  2. Butter – 35 grams
  3. Peanut butter – 35 grams
  4. Sugar – 25 grams
  5. Brown sugar – 25 grams
  6. Eggs – 12.5 grams
  7. Baking soda – 2 grams

 

PROCEDURE

  1. Cream toghther butter and sugar.
  2. Now add egg to the mixture
  3. Now add flour and baking soda just mix until combined. Do not over mix.
  4. Line the baking tray with parchment paper.
  5. Make round balls and press with fork.
  6. Allow enough space b/w the cookies
  7. Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 20 mins.
