- Refined flour – 50 grams
- Butter – 35 grams
- Peanut butter – 35 grams
- Sugar – 25 grams
- Brown sugar – 25 grams
- Eggs – 12.5 grams
- Baking soda – 2 grams
- Cream toghther butter and sugar.
- Now add egg to the mixture
- Now add flour and baking soda just mix until combined. Do not over mix.
- Line the baking tray with parchment paper.
- Make round balls and press with fork.
- Allow enough space b/w the cookies
- Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 20 mins.
