INGRIDEINTS

  1. Refined flour – 100 grams
  2. Milk powder – 5 grams
  3. Salt – 2 grams
  4. Yeast – 5 grams
  5. Water – 50 ml
  6. Sugar – 15 grams
  7. Oil – 5 ml

 

PROCEDURE

  1. Sieve refined flour, milk powder and salt toghther
  2. Dissolve sugar and yeast in water
  3. Make a well in center pour water and oil mix well
  4. Knead the dough nicely
  5. Roll out the dough in round shape, apply filling on top
  6. And roll it in cylindrical shape
  7. keep it for proving
  8. Bake @200 c for 15-20 mins
