INGRIDEINTS

  1. Refined flour – 100 grams
  2. Salt – 3 grams
  3. Yeast – 5 grams
  4. Milk powder – 10 grams
  5. Water – 50 ml
  6. Sugar – 2 grams
  7. Oil – 5 ml

For wheat pizza base take

  • Wheat flour – 70 gram
  • Refined flour – 30 grams

Rest all ingredients remain same.

 

PROCEDURE

  1. Sieve refined flour, milk powder and salt together
  2. Dissolve sugar and yeast in water
  3. Make a well in center pour water, oil and mix well
  4. Knead the dough nicely
  5. Keep it for resting for 10 mins
  6. Roll the dough in round shape and
  7. Bake @170 c for 7-8 mins.
  8. Put the topping and again bake for another 7-8 mins.
