FRENCH BAGUETTE

INGRIDEINTS

1. Refined flour – 150 grams

2. Salt – 5 grams

3. Yeast – 5 grams

4. Water – 75 ml

PROCEDURE

1. Sieve refined flour and salt toghther

2. Dissolve yeast in water

3. Make a well in center pour water and mix well

4. Knead the dough nicely

5. Make dough flat give it a folding and roll in elongated shape

6. Keep it for proving , till double the size

7. Give water wash and bake @160 c for 15 mins

8. Now increase temp to 175 c n bake till it get beautiful golden colour.
