INGRIDEINTS

  1. Refined flour – 125 grams
  2. Salt – 3 grams
  3. Yeast – 5 grams
  4. Water – 75 ml
  5. Sugar – 2 grams
  6. Oil – 5 ml
  7. Walnuts – 20 grams

 

PROCEDURE

  1. Chop walnut finely
  2. Sieve refined flour and salt toghther
  3. Dissolve sugar and yeast in water
  4. Make a well in center pour water and mix well
  5. Knead the dough nicely
  6. Keep it for rsting for 10 mins
  7. Knock back the dough add walnuts and oil
  8. Knead the dough till oil gets incorporated
  9. Make dough flat give it a folding and roll in elongated shape
  10. Keep it for proving , till double the size
  11. Give water wash and bake @175 c for 15-20 mins
