INGRIDEINTS

  1. Wheat flour – 250 grams
  2. Salt – 5 grams
  3. Yeast – 3 grams
  4. Water – 175 ml
  5. Sugar – 5 grams
  6. Malt syrup – 5 grams
  7. Butter – 10 grams
  8. Milk powder – 7.5 grams

 

 

PROCEDURE

  1. Sieve flour, milk powder and salt toghther
  2. Dissolve sugar and yeast in water
  3. Make a well in center pour water, butter and malt syrup mix well
  4. Knead the dough nicely
  5. Keep it for resting for 2 hours
  6. Knock back the dough and give folds
  7. And keep for proving for 1hours
  8. fold dough and keep for resting for 1 hours
  9. now make up the dough and keep for resting for 1 hours in the tin in which it Is to be baked
  10. Put on the lid but keep it open about 1 inch till the dough has risen almost to the lid
  11. Close the lid and bake at 200 c
  12. Remove lid after 30 mins. Now bake till desired colour is achived
  13. Bake @170 c for 15-20 mins nad give butter wash later.
